MarkupAlert is a one-time $9.99 analysis. Because the service delivers an immediate AI-generated result, all sales are generally final.
When we will refund
- You were charged but the analysis never ran. Full refund.
- The analysis errored and could not be retried. Full refund.
- You were double-charged. Full refund on duplicates.
How to request
Email hello@readmypolicy.ai with your Stripe receipt or session ID within 30 days of purchase. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
